Asmaa Sighaoui and Maren Jakobs of the quality assurance are our navabistas “for the unified”. They thoroughly check every item that arrives at the goods receipt.

If an article does not meet its quality check, or if it does not agree with the buyers’ order, it goes back to the supplier. Our QS would literally want “only the best for you”. Get to know more about their work.

What Exactly Do You Do As Qs? What Do You Have To Pay Particular Attention To, And What Are The Challenges?

We see ourselves in the QS as the “eye of the customer”. Each article is checked by us on the basis of certain quality aspects in order to ensure a consistent quality. Apart from the quality, the passport also plays an important role. Therefore, each item is measured and fitted to our fit dolls to determine the size and fit of the navabi as well as to assess the wear comfort, freedom of movement and functionality. Should a problem arise during the course of this inspection, we ensure that this is clarified in close cooperation with the relevant supplier. In addition, we decide how the goods are to be stored in order to ensure a textile-safe storage.

Another important point of our work is the attribution of each article so that the authors can correctly describe it and its characteristics by means of these attributes as well as the article itself.

We also process some of the customer returns, which must be complained to our suppliers due to processing errors. Our challenge in the daily business is to always keep a good overview of the goods and to meet the quality requirements from the point of view of our customers.

What Do You Think Our Customers Should Pay Particular Attention To When Shopping?

Since navabi, as one of the few onlineshops, also provides its customers with the article dimensions, we understand this as a special service which our customer should absolutely use. If you compare the dimensions of the article with your own body measurements, it is easier to assign a certain size. Some items are smaller or larger and so the customer has the opportunity to find their right size directly. When measuring your own body measurements it is definitely advisable to get help. Alternatively, you can measure a favorite part with a similar cutand then match its dimensions with those of the article in the shop.

It is also important to pay attention to the fit, especially in the case of clothes, because it has to sit well on the whole body. In the case of pants, attention must be paid to the width of the thigh, as this also contributes to a good fit.

What Are The Most Common Reasons For Your Return And Why?
